  about Smart Travel:

 

 

Smart travel is a club travel design for exclusive members. This club is designed for anyone interested in traveling the world. To take advantage of our travel offers, you will need to signup for one of our membership plans.

Smart Travel offers a free travel option; we provide 25 points to 100points for each referral you send our way. Once you accumulate 500 points or 1000 points, you automatically get our gold plan or platinum plan, a$500 or $1000 value.

Price is subject to change at any time; however, our gold is to help you find the best deal and a commodity to travel. As a Smart Travel Member, our goal is to protect you against high prices and help you find a fair price for your proper vacation. 

 

 

Points Values:

 

Are based on the type of plan that you have, if you have our Silver plan, 2 points are valued at $1 USD.

If you have our Gold or Platinum plan’s, 1.50 point is valued at $1 USD.

Silver Membership:

 

As a silver member, you can travel as much as you would like, you will still  get up 20% discount on all of your travel. *Membership must be current at all times.

GOLD Membership:

 

As a gold member,u can travel as much as you would like and still have up to 30% discount on all of your travel .

*Membership must be current at all times.

PLATINUM Membership:

As a platinum member, you get one fully paid vacation per year; some restrictions may apply (in some cases, you may have to pay for airfare). You can contact our friendly staff for details. If you choose to take more than one vacation per year, you will get a up 20% discount on all of your travel after your free yearly trip. *Membership must be current at all times.

Subscription Fees:

The client agrees that all subscriptions are recurring and will renew automatically. 

All subscription fees are due on the specified due date, any subscriptions that are billed after the due date are subject to a $5 fee for each day past due. Smart Travel reserve the right to cancel past due memberships.

Underage:

Anyone under the age of 21 would not qualify for the Smart Travel membership program. If you are traveling with anyone under 21, contact us, and we can work out a special discount for them.

Refunds Policy:

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your membership. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.

To request a refund, you must email customer service prior to the 30 days.

Refunds:

After we approve your refund, we will process your return. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your cancellation to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

General Membership Rules:

 

 

Please note our membership is individual; if you have a spouse or a companionship and you would like to travel with them, it’s required to have their membership in order to travel with you.

However, if they are under age 21 or less, we may work with you to get special discounts for them.

Smart Travel is not responsible for any accident that occurs during your vacation. We encourage you to contact us to let us know if we can contact the appropriate parties on your behalf. *Membership must be current at all times, or the customer will forfeit any prior fees paid. You are responsible for being on time to the airport; we are not responsible if you miss your flight.

Smart travel reserves the right to update or change policy anytime without notice. The Smart Travel ideas is a privilege we give to people to be able to travel over the world therefore it’s required to understand and agree with our terms and conditions we want everybody happy and we don’t have any intention to forfeit any membership but in case of inappropriate use or fraud or others conflict Smart travel reserve the right to put an end to your membership without notice at anytime if it’s necessary.

As a Smart Travel member, we may contact you for any other offer you may interest in. Our goal is not to let you behind for any other activities you may be interested in as we grow as a family.
